Twenty minutes now, then a two-hour take-home you can do any time before January 31. We read everything ourselves. No cover letter.

Engineering take-home: reproduce a result. Operator take-home: a two-hour case on a real company problem, graded by founders.
International students and recent grads are welcome. CPT (current students) runs through your school and OPT (recent grads) through your DSO; we handle the company side.
Your work
Two or three. We open all of them.
Some schools fund startup summers. It doesn't affect selection; it helps us set pay with the company.
